CARES is a clean energy advocacy organization that supports California ratepayers by fighting for affordable electricity and a healthier environment. We work hard to provide our members with information and resources that can measurably impact their monthly energy bill and improve the quality of the environment we live in. We also provide a voice for consumers by advocating for energy efficient policies and higher energy efficiency standards.
